Volato 400 Build Excellence
Oshkosh 2025 hits another home run, with the addition of Click Bond to the build excellence of the Volato 400.
We were looking for a solution to the 300 plus nuts and washers holding on the control surfaces of the 400.
So often it was a two person process to hold and tighten fasteners in small spaces and around large surfaces like the flaps. CLICK bond an aerospace parts manufacturer provided the solution with it wide selection of fasteners that use a 2 part adhesive to attach it components.

A privilege often reserved for the big boys like Boeing, Airbus etc. These parts can be found in the big baddest planes flying today like the F35 and now we have them in 400.
